Milk

30 November 2006

I’ve always been a fan of nonfat milk, but today I fell upon a bit of information that made me even more afraid of the other varieties of milk. I’m here to share this newfound information with the world.

2% milk doesn’t actually contain 2% fat. It is true that “2% milk” does contain 2% fat by weight, but if you take into account that milk is around 83% water, that actual fat content of the milk as far as calories are concerned is in the neighborhood of 33%.

That, my friends, is gross. Nonfat milk, FTW. The end.

I’ve been watching video blogs on You Tube recently, and I’m interested in doing some of my own.  I don’t really have time for it right at the moment, but hopefully I’ll get to it eventually.

I filmed the wedding of Rachel Larson and Brian Bishop yesterday.  It was pretty amazing.  Seeing people in love makes me happy.

I’ve been meeting a lot of new people recently.  Most have seemed like one-time things, a handful have seemed like they could be interesting to keep around, and then there’s…  well…  I’ll save that for later.

And make sure you friend John Basedow on MySpace, if only because his hair is terribly absurd:
