New Beginnings
It’s been a very long time since I’ve kept a blog. I used to write fairly often on my MySpace blog back in the day, but since launching Arandavision on my YouTube channel at the end of 2007, it hasn’t ever gotten near the top of my to-do list. But now, since I’m trying to take myself more seriously as an online content producer, I’ve set up this new place of bloggage.
I’ll be blogging here on a semi-regular basis. Hopefully some of you will find enough interest in my writings to stick around.
I spent many hours going through my old MySpace blogs and moving them over to this new site. Feel free to poke around through my archives of literature. There’s something like sixty four entries spanning the time from my first year of college through October of 2007. If you have time, leave a few comments here and there.
It’s odd to read things from up to five years ago and realize, in some instances, just how much my way of thinking has changed. Things I used to be concerned about now seem trivial and silly.
This is a good sign, though, for once you’ve lost the ability to change the way you look at the world, you’ve become irrelevant. People, societies, and humanity as a whole are in a state of constant change. Remaining stubbornly set in your current way of thinking puts you at great risk to end up left behind.
Keep an open mind. Welcome the opportunity to be proven wrong. Contrary to the way most of us think, being wrong is never a bad thing; it elevates you to a higher level of understanding.
